Dream Match Tennis Pro End User License Agreement

This Software Licensing Agreement is a legal agreement
between you and Bimboosoft Co.,Ltd.

1. The Online Game.
You have to connect to the Internet to play the online game.
You may not be able to play the online game
while the server is down due to maintenance, etc.
You may not be able to play the online game for lack of online players.
Bimboosoft might terminate the server service
after one month advance announcement.

2. License.
Don't let the registration code be known to any other persons.
Your rights under this agreement are personal and do not include
any right to sublicense and/nor distribute the software.

3. NO WARRANTY.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON.
BIMBOOSOFT WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT.
